Network Consulting Services

We provide Network and Computer consulting services for the Central Texas Area, which includes Temple, Killeen, Waco, Austin and Dallas Areas. Our normal rate is $100 an hour (an additional travel charge may apply), but we will work with you if the problem / installation takes an unusually long time.

We normally specialize in deploying GNU/Linux Servers in small to mid size networks (10 to 500 clients), but will work on Windows Servers if required. Also, we no longer provide any virus/spyware removal, for help in resolving these issues, check out this guide.

As for my background, I have been maintaining GNU/Linux Servers since 2000 and maintaining Windows Servers since 1996, including Microsoft's advanced services such as Exchange and SQL Servers. I definately recommend GNU/Linux servers since in my experience they are many, many times easier to maintain than Microsoft's servers. Also, I currently help maintain GNU/Linux servers with 150+ clients remotely with minimal issues.

Professional Web Design Services

We specialize in producing Professional websites for area businesses. We try to tailor these websites to the business needs. For instance, we have built sites for central Texas area realtors and auto dealers (in Killeen, Temple, Georgetown and Waco) which allowed them to easily put their entire inventory on their site to draw in more potential customers and to provide the additional information to bring those customers back.

In order to produce professional looking sites, we try to stictly adhere to web standards - this means that your site will look professional, and continue to look that way as the technology related to the web matures. To build sites, we utilize the tools listed below, the graphic below also tries to explain what each tool does for your website:

* HTML & CSS - We code all the sites we create by hand, this means we don't rely on any applications to generate the code - we have a full knowledge of web design.
* JavaScript - We utilize various javascript tools to give the sites we create "an edge" over other sites. Examples of this include all the menus on this site, as well as the above tabbed slides showcasing various types of sites we create.
* Adobe Flash - We can develop unobtrusive flash content for sites to give your site a more modern look that adds movies, graphical menus and other animated effects to the page.
* PHP - In order to provide dynamic websites, we utilize the PHP server side scripting to connect to SQL Databases and to allow visitors to the site to be able to interact with the website.
* Search Engine Optimization - We are researching on how to move sites up in Search Engine results. This is an ongoing process and we are continually researching new "legal" ways to improve results.
