M&H Group Principals
Lou Madge
Lou Madge has over 15 years of combined experience in management consulting, marketing, business development, and operations turn-around in several industries ranging from chemical, electronics manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services. Lou brings operations, technology, marketing and business development experience to help clients solve business or technology problems. Prior to joining M&H Group, Lou spent 7 years in management consulting with Deloitte Consulting. Lou’s managerial responsibilities included managing projects and client services staff, as well as corporate operations responsibilities assisting with the management of Deloitte’s regional P&L and working with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities to grow the practice. Furthermore, as a former National Sales and Marketing Manager at ECI Technology, Lou had P&L responsibilities and developed new markets and applications for new process controls and metrology products sold to the semiconductor industry. Lou built a sales force, established strategic partnerships, and opened new accounts with the top industry players such as IBM, Intel, Motorola, Texas Instruments, and others. Lou graduated with honors with a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (R.P.I), he was a recipient of a Kauffman Foundation scholarship and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Dr. Martin Hudis, Ph.D.
Martin Hudis has over 30 years of power component development and engineering experience. Thirteen of these 33 years have been with high voltage pulsing capacitors including 11 years as the VP of engineering for Aerovox, Inc. Martin is approaching his 10th year on the CARTS program committee, is on the US TAG (technical advisor group) committee for the 13 IEC film capacitors standards, has 7 patents and over 30 papers dealing with film capacitors and dielectric science, has served on IEEE subcommittees (transformer and switchgear), and has taught power system engineering courses as a visiting lecturer at both San Diego State College and University of MA (Dartmouth Campus). Martin has a PhD in applied plasma physics from MIT and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Hillary Madge
Hillary Madge has over 12 years of sales & marketing, and project management experience. For the past 6 years, she has focused on marketing, specifically e-marketing and marketing analytics engagements. Her extreme drive to understand and quantify the correlation of online activities with business drivers has enabled her to help her clients increase new customer inquiry rates, increase international customer activity, improve direct sales rates and improve effectiveness of campaigns while decreasing costs. Her strong analytic and data management skills enable her to manage all campaign based on quantitative discipline and yield measurable results. Hillary received an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
